By using ClickBail, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms will be updated as the product reaches general availability.
ClickBail provides bail agency management software including court monitoring, collections tracking, and agency workspace tools. The interactive demo uses fictional data and does not create an account or process real transactions.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. One account per person — do not share login credentials. You must provide accurate information during registration.
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. The 7-day trial is free; your subscription begins when the trial ends unless you cancel before that date. Cancellation stops future charges but does not retroactively refund the current billing period.
Prices are listed in USD and exclude applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days written notice to active subscribers.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing dashboard or by emailing hello@clickbail.com. Access continues through the end of the current paid period. Data export will be available before account deletion.
You own your agency data. We do not claim ownership of records you create in ClickBail. See our privacy policy for how we handle your information.
ClickBail is an operational tool — not legal advice, an official court record, or a surety reporting system. Court date information should always be verified against the court's own records. We are not liable for missed dates, forfeiture, or decisions made based on information in the software.
We will post updates to this page. Material changes will be communicated to active subscribers by email at least 30 days before taking effect.
